  1. Meet the team – Pierre

    Say hi to Pierre!

    Every workday he gets up at midnight, to be at work, and ready to go at 1 a.m. He is one of all of our amazing drivers who make sure that there is always fresh bread on the shelves of our retailers.

    Pierre has worked as a driver with us for 11 years, and to him, Liba Bröd is like a family. 

    When we ask him what he values the most in his daily work routine, he answers this:

    ”I appreciate the customer contact and visiting our retailers. To be able to provide something beyond an ordinary delivery is something that I find very valuable. Putting in the extra time and effort is never a bad idea, and usually, it comes back in the shape of a reward at some point. It’s a great feeling!”

  2. Smarketing meeting

    The #Smarketing (Sales & Marketing) project is in full swing, and we are hard at work with bringing the #teams together to create new opportunities as early as during 2020.

    Both departments have valuable knowledge and with a tightly knit cooperation, together we can make sure that every competence and #insight is utilized.

    During our last meeting, we went over the significance of each and every encounter with a customer. Being in direct contact with #customers, the sales department had the opportunity to raise important questions and cases they handle regularly. Together we created ”tools” that will strengthen our customer service.

  3. Meet the team – Sergio

    Say hi to Sergio Fadel! 

    Sergio is currently working with #research and #development (R&D) at Liba Bröd. A challenging yet fun task that includes activities that the company undertakes to innovate and introduce new products. 

    We asked Sergio what he likes most about his job: 

    ”The answer is easy, being a part of bringing the company forward! My task is to identify what we lack in our assortment and how we can fill that gap. It is both a challenging and fulfilling #job, with a lot of variety” 

    What is your favorite part about Liba Bröd as a #workplace

    ”Being a part of a #community that promotes personal development and that the company gives me space to grow. In addition to that, it is my colleagues, of course. It may sound like a clichée, but I really mean it!”

  4. Meeting – Quality & food safety team

    Every month, all #team leaders within the company gather to debrief the previous months. Present are also our Quality & Food Safety team. 

    All of our team leaders are trained Quality Controllers (QC), to strengthen our #corporate mindset regarding quality. 

    During these meetings, everything from health requirements, #safety routines and processes are being discussed, as well as previous and upcoming events. We constantly look over our product quality – and how we can improve further. 

    As we grow, a tightly knit cooperative mindset becomes even more important, and that we always are meticulous and never compromise on quality.

    If we are to continue baking high quality flat bread, we also have to continue being the best team, and that is only possible by continuously improving.

  5. Meet the team – Nour

    Meet Nour Habli, our bouncy and lovely order receiver! Nour has been with us here at Liba Bröd for three years, and her #responsibility lies in receiving and handling all of our orders. An important part of her work is building the relationship between Liba Bröd and the customers, and that we succeed in conveying our #knowledge and #passion in not only our products, but also in the day to day interaction with the people we work with. When we ask Nour what she thinks is the best part about her work, she has this to say: ”The best part about my job is the possibility to get to know our customers. My job is built upon the notion of understanding the customers’ needs, and being able to provide them with the best service possible, regardless of the situation. This part becomes so much easier when you have had the possibility of building the #relationship up from the start! With the regular contact you build a kind of special bond, and the customers feel like colleagues. They really bring a lot of positive energy into my daily work!” And Nour, what do you think is the best part about #LibaBröd as a workplace? ”That every day feels like coming home! My colleagues really feel like my very own, special little family. It truly is a wonderful place to work.”

  6. Meet the team – Tobias

    Meet Tobias Larsson, Quality and Food Coordinator! Tobias is one of several others who keeps an extra eye on the quality of food that goes out to our #customers. His job consists of continually assuring a high and satisfactory #quality of products, keeping track and control of processes, and also making sure that we are always improving. He loves working with food, as it is a “living” product. There is a lot that you need to be knowledgeable about and up-to-date on, as in this line of #business one can never compromise or bend the rules, as quality is everything. “My work contains of quality control and staff training on food safety. I really appreciate the company is always striving to expand and further #develop itself, which of course brings on a a lot of workload on our department. I think it’s both challenging, and very fun at the same time!” What is the best part about Liba Bröd? “I’d have to say the dynamic between the staff. We have a lot of colleagues from different countries and backgrounds, which creates a wonderful mix of people, all gathered at one #workplace”.

    ”The bread of #possibilities

    During this week, the #marketing department has been working full time on our #exciting recipes! We have also begun a bigger and awaited #project, which in itself contains a lot of recipes. This will be published during week 22. The project aims to provide full focus on why we call our bread ”The bread of #possibilities”. With the finished result, we hope to #inspire different households in #Sweden and around #Scandinavia. Below you will find some behind the scenes-material, produced by our awesome colleagues in marketing; and Louise Severinsson!

In the end of last year our social media coordinator Louise Severinsson decided that it would be a great idea to share all the endless possibilities with our bread on Youtube with easy step-by-step recipes.
